My name is Roxani - Eleni Garefalaki. I am a Five Element Acupuncturist, teacher of the Alexander Technique MSTAT, Tai Chi & QiGong Teacher and Usui Reiki healer based in London.

 I believe that it’s possible for every individual to find their own personal state of balance. My aim is to take people on this journey towards psychophysical unity & healing themselves.  I am passionate about helping people to find mindfulness in their everyday activities and learn how to use their bodies in a way that minimizes pain and discomfort, and allows freedom in motion. 

 

In my work I offer a variety of modalities, all of which can be combined and allow me to cater for diverse and complex cases. I always look deeper than the superficial symptoms and search for the hidden causes of imbalance.

 

My experience has led me to look for balancing the connections between my ailments and all aspects of myself, to find ways to change my thinking  and my habits in order to live with less effort and bring harmony to body, mind and spirit. All the skills that I have learned aim at helping others to find that ease of living and health that nature intended for us.
